I ordered 2 items, why did I only receive one ?
Sometimes, when you order multiple items at a time (especially in a different categories) they will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!How much is shipping?
Usually it takes 3-6 weeks, however, sometimes, to high demand of and the busy season, please allow 4-7 weeks for delivery.

Is your site safe and secure?
Absolutely. Our site is 100% secure. We use 128-bit SSL, the same level of encryption used by large banks in USA and Canada.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We take Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
I didn't receive an Order Confirmation Email after my order?
If you have not received an Order Confirmation Email, please check your Spam Folder. If you did not receive it, please feel free to contact us if necessary.
How do I Cancel an Order?
If you decide you want to cancel an order, Contact Us with the order number. It tooks between 2 to 5 days to between you order and the shipping. So, if we've already sent your item(s) then we will be unable to cancel as we have no shipping control.
Where are my items coming from?
Although our fulfillment house is located in North America, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Mexico, United Kingdom and China.
I want to change my order/address, can I?
Though we highly encourage you double check sizes and addresses prior to placing an order with us, we fully understand that things come up and mistakes can be made. We process orders the same days they are placed. If a change needs to be made to your order please contact us at contact@PaxDistribution.com ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we can not make any promises. If the item(s) has already been shipped from our fulfillment center we cannot make changes to the order. In that case, you can send the wrong item to our warehouse and once received we can send out a correcte.
Why should I register?
You have to way to regester with us that will provide you some benefits:
1 - Newsletter: We'll keep inform as soon as we get a new product. By entering your email only, you'll not have to loose you're time looking if there is new product or not.
2 - Create an account: If you love our products and think to buy frequently or at least 2 (two), we recommend to create an account to become one of our VIP clients. You'll can track your buys, have a statement plus giving you some special offers. We encourage you to enter your date of birth (at least Day and Month) to offer you an opportunity when that day'll come.
